It's loud and obnoxious, and the "instructions" are a joke. I wrote to the email listed in them and was told I had to contact a different company, so I did WITH NO RESPONSE. desertcart replaced the product. (all I could assume from the minimal instruction sheet was that the print head was overheating), but the new one does exactly the same thing. I will be returning the product because I can't have that obnoxious noise going off all the time. Additionally, it comes with a driver cd/dvd. My computer doesn't even HAVE one of those. The website is NOT SECURE, so my antivirus program put up quite a fight for me to even get the driver.
