Works great, setup is simple, breakdown is simple, instructions are illustrated clearly and easy to follow. The SmartMix version is worth getting because 1) I'm not having to figure out the "right" cleaning solution ratio and 2) it allows for the Rinse (water only) function. I wind up using far less cleaning solution because I'm only putting it down when I actually need it. I've been using it primarily to clean up pet stains. It's done a far better job than I was expecting, even on old, set-in stains.
