A: I don’t know about the northern winter area but I live in Mississippi and we’ve had some cold weather down here and it didn’t freeze!

In description it says quantity 4. You get one jug for $70. You can buy the same jug for $30 at any local hardware store. Huge rip off and big surprise you won’t be able to return it
