I was going to say that if you're on the fence and trying to decide between the 245 piece and 166 piece kits, go for the smaller 166 piece is my advice. It has pretty much the same contents, is better laid out, and has a molle attachment so you can mount it detachably on a backpack or the inside of your vehicle more easily than the larger kit. However, when I went to write that I was taken to edit the earlier review of the smaller kit I've been using for a few months, rather than to write a new review of the larger, different kit. This is a real problem with reviews now. You write a review of one product. And later find that review is inappropriately attached to a different (albeit related product.) Anyway, I've left my original review of the smaller (166 piece) kit below for posterity: Great wee first aid kit. I used it almost immediately, when a family member nearly sliced the tip of their finger off. Protip: snap the side of the iodine cotton buds that is marked with a line to release the iodine into the opposite side. Review: Seems like good value.
