The mixture of dark chocolate (real or not - no % of cocoa is given) and white chocolate tastes very good. (I have never eaten peppermint bark before.) The chips of peppermint and overall peppermint flavor is just right. The bark is also sufficiently thick. --There are only two large pieces of bark. There should have been double the quantity of bark pieces (weight on the package is 16 oz.).
