This product is fantastic. I tuck it under my shirt and no problem staying in place. Outside the shirt if I don't move around lots it stays in place. The soft fabric side keeps from being painfully cold while allowing sufficient cold to transfer to skin. It is comfortable. I put it in the freezer. It requires a little kneading of the gel beads but is flexible and shapeable. It stays cold for a solid 20-30 min. But that's from the freezer. I put mine in the freezer and thought I'd try it on my lower back since I can't use it for my neck. When I took it out of the freezer after 2 hours, it wasn't that ugly hardness that most ice packs have. It was soft and actually contoured to my back.
