The tablets are easy to take but are quite big. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good vitamins *by L***A on 1 July 2026* Bought these because they are a lot cheaper than my previous brand ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good choice of vitamins for women over 50 *by H***9 on 29 October 2025* This was my second purchase of these vitamin tablets. They are quite big, but no too difficult to swallow, and I noticed no particular smell or aftertaste. I believe them to be of a good quality. I never experienced a stomach upset or any side effects. On paper, the formulation sounds very good, and I like the fact that it targets a specific group; women over 50 with concerns relating to the menopause, and hormonal changes in particular. How well they work, it is difficult to say, just like with any other product one actually consumes, though my last blood test showed no deficiency of any kind, which was very surprising to me; normally I am always low on vitamin D and iron. I am not saying that this was due to this supplement, but I can't discount it either. In general, our energy levels go down with age, yet I noticed that I am still able to engage in physical activities such as swimming, with the same (or even lesser) level of effort as a year ago. This could be due to a combination of factors, but I do believe that these vitamins play their part too.
