Great quality! It came with directions for sizing that were easy to follow and helped me find my fit. The inserts are easy to clean and put in and take out of my pump. I’ve always despised pumping because it was uncomfortable and made me sore afterwards. I was using the 24mm flange that came with my pump until a lactation specialist suggested these. Turns out I needed a much smaller size flange. Finding the right size helped with pumping pain and increased my milk output! If this honest review helped make your decision, please mark it helpful!
