    Great for second fermenting bulk kombucha

It used to take us "forever" to prepare a 5-gallon batch for second-ferment flavored kombucha tea.  Now, for the past eight months, we happily get this task done in a flash, thanks to having these huge tea bags for filling 1.5 cups each with hibiscus and peppermint tea leaves.  We are saving more than the exorbitant prep time associated with filling small tea bags; we are saving tons on the cost of using so many of those tiny bags.  The really cool thing is that these large disposable empty bags allow our herb teas to diffuse well in the room temperature raw kombucha.  I am most grateful for being guided by God to this product on Amazon after endless hunting.  Happy, indeed!

Product is exactly what I wanted HOWEVER I ordered 100 and only got 50 in the package (which was marked 100 pcs.). I contacted the seller through Amazon and explained my situation - heard back from them within hours an and received my additional filters within a few days!  I use it for cold brew and also to make coffee while camping ... works great!

These are made of plastic mesh.... I've read several news articles about the plastic breaking down into micro size particles when used for tea making... I want to return but didn't realize this was a no return policy.... I was looking for paper, not plastic tea bags...
