Basically, the holder itself is the only protection for the tablet, but so far, so good. My toddler has dropped the tablet several times with no issue, and the protector is squishy, so it helps soften the fall. Though the stand in the back felt suspiciously flimsy. But it fit and it did the trick but then my kiddo left it on the balcony in the sun for just one day and it shrank! It shriveled right up. It peeled back from the tablet and the ears warped and it’s a tough husk now. The tablet itsel is fine but I’m pretty sad about the cover.
