Being a firm believer in "you get what you pay for," I was a bit skeptical of this product due to the cheap price, but after studying it decided it was worth a try and if nothing else would do for now. Well, we sharpened a LOT of knives, butcher knives to cut through bone, steak knives, and some more delicate knives as well. The edge was great on all of them, they're still sharp, and we've used it on many more knives since including a filet knife for fish. I'm not sure exactly how many knives have been sharpened, but the product looks like it hasn't even been used! I'd highly recommend this product.
