Even in hot liquid. I tried to blend this with a mixer at a speed faster than my Camaro. It did NOTHING but create foam on top of the clumps. The description of "unflavored/naturally sour taste" needs to be changed and they need to make up their minds which one it is. It either has NO flavor or it has a sour taste to be compared to something else that's sour. I thought it was more unflavored than sour. NOPE. The sour taste takes over whatever you put it in. Frankly, the "naturally sour taste" that they will Not describe, is VOMIT!
