The product is cheaply made with very thin plastic. Also, the inhalant hole is very small. As a result, not many essential oil vapors can get through and into the nose..A better alternative is to put 15 drops of essential oil into a Nalgene 4 oz. wide mouth bottle. Swish the liquid around to coat the walls, position the user's entire nose over the opening, and inhale the atomized vapors. The person is able to get a strong concentrated dose..Because the Nalgene container is air tight, the oil has less chance to evaporate. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quick arrival, just as described *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 8, 2019* I use these for essential oil inhalations.
