Review: seems to have worked to fix my inflatable air cushion - my air cushion got stuck in a bad place, and in the process of removing it from said place, it ripped. I figured I would have to get a new air cushion as the damage was fairly substantial (but in a small location). I bought this kit, applied the patch, and it appears to be holding. The true test will be when I take the pad for an extended camping trip, so we will see then, but no air seems to have leaked out and the submerged water leak test is also negative.

Once I cleaned and dried the area I used the glue- the company call this some other name- to seal the holes along the seams. I also trimmed a patch down and put that over the glue once it dried. The patches also have a sticky back to use as a quick option. This double action patch did the trick.

**Q: Can anyone tell me how large the patch is?
Thank you.**
A: The Patch is about 1.5 inches across.  However I have found that for most holes you don't even need a patch.  All you do is identify the hole, clean the area well and let it dry then apply the adhesive glue and let it dry for 24 hours and the hole will be sealed.  The glue drys flexible so you can still roll the mat as you did originally.  The last hole I fixed was over a year ago and we camp regularly and it is holding air well.

**Q: Can i use it on a hole in my 3ft deep vinyl swimming pool?**
A: Not sure.  I used it to repair a hole in an air mattress.

**Q: How do i remove the residue from my hands/other surfaces? Neither washing with dawn or alcohol helped**
A: Do you have access to acetone. Or laundry Goo-Gone.

**Q: will this work on inflatables where the seams have opened?**
A: Yes, I used it on a seam on my inflatable mattress and it worked great.

Basically this is PVC adhesive and it works very well. I would have given this 5 stars, but the color is missrepresented. The patches are black and white in an orange tube
