**Q: What is the use by date? How long do they last before deteriorating?**
A: Hello, the best before end date is March 2020.   They are sealed within the tin.  Once you open them, transfer to an airtight container, to retain the best before of March 2020.  I hope this helps.

The freshness and flavour easily beat all the competition.  I don't know how Shropshire manages this, as they don't actually grow in that fair county.  The high quality is reflected in the higher cost compared with the competition, but the experience of freshness and flavour is what one wants, so thank you to the people who source and attain and package the fine nuts.  The tin is of good value too and now holds things I want to be able to see (through the transparent lid).
