I have it fixed to mine along with a very good swinging arm, as a plus I’ve also fixed a Hard Drive with double sided tape to the foot of the existing stand. It looks good. Regards, Les. **Q: Hey! I’ve joined the two sides of the clamp together and the gap is thicker than the iMac stand, meaning the stand isn’t clamped? Is this normal?** A: Without knowing the measured gap or how you’ve assembled the bracket I can’t say. The thickness of my bracket is 6.5mm at the top of the clamp and 9.4mm at the bottom and the clamp starts at 100mm down from where the bracket comes out of the rear of the IMac. I hope this helps.
