All of the cables that I tried allowed a feedback sound from the engine of the car. Installation was very simple in my case. In the center console is a USB port for an iPhone (or flash drive) and the 3.5mm jack. Using a cable on my phone also put that cable in the way of everything in the car. The ihens5 U2 Bluetooth Aux Adapter solved the problems. The only drawback is that I cannot use the buttons (beside volume) to control my phone, but it is far better than the 3.5mm cables I was using. I do not use this for the calling features. Sound quality is not bad, just a little quieter than using aux I guess. My car charging port is kind of low physically so if I use the mic I need to speak up kind of loud.
