I found these reading sunglasses fine for reading in the sun. **Q: Can you use this glasses both for reading and outside in the sun** A: Unless you are in really bright light indoors, I would not recommend for indoors. I have found these glasses very useful for reading outdoors or in the car on a sunny day when previously I would use regular reading glasses of the correct setting (ie, 2.5) and then put large sunglasses to fit over the reading glasses when outside. **Q: Do these glasses have spring hinges?** A: Hi.
