The double blades are not a good Idea, the thing jumps about while cutting and though it does cut a joint of beef while still warm it struggles with the same joint from the fridge, I gave up on that and reverted to my meat knife which cut with no trouble at all. I make my own bread, this knife struggles to cut through the crust which is one of the things I wanted it to do, it's very disappointing.
