They are AWESOME for the first few months.... but then all of a sudden the arm can no longer support the weight of the showerhead and it drops every time i turn on the water. There is no contact information to ask for a replacement and i cant return on amazon. Says it has a lifetime warranty but with who do i call? ### ⭐ What happened? It was so good .... *by A***R on July 12, 2016*  The shower head, with its easy clean silicone nozzles, works great. Best rain shower head I have used. Consistent high flow, nice coverage. Unfortunately, the shower head adjustable arm is good for about 9 months or so. Unless you move the head frequently, plan on less. It is made from a poor choice of plastic and a bad spring design for what it should be able to do. The sealed spring mechanism wears down the slip teeth inside, to the point the spring can no longer support the shower head. It was great for 9 months; it still has a great water stream. My replacement did the same. Now my retailer is no longer around. If you want to pay the shipping charges to ET Industries in Ontario, Canada, you can get a replacement, in white. Keep your sales invoice/receipt. I will try it again when they decide to release a version 3.0 that addresses the mechanical problem. If you think $5/month to throw away is reasonable for a very nice shower head, by all means get this one. I loved it when it worked. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You are going to love this thing. (It reminds me of a storm-trooper, but it works awesomely.) *by 1***T on June 22, 2015* This thing is cool and provides a great shower experience. WARNING: If you get this, before the first install, remove the flow regulator with needle-nose pliers. Try to use it for a bit without the regulator and then, later, if you want to conserve water, put it back in. I have kept the flow regulator out and I LOVE it.By taking it out, you use more water, yes, but the extra pressure is AWESOME...and my showers end up being SHORTER. That's because I am almost completely wet as soon as I step in. So, I surmise that the extra water flowing is compensated by shorter showers I now take. I probably don't end up using any extra water at all.Since I am tall, I also bought the Pegasus S-Style Extension (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JN9G6KM?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00). The two together area great for tall people, but it can be adjusted no matter who is in the shower.See the photo for the final product.PS. I had originally bought the Water Bella Stainelss Steel 8". Yes, it is pretty, but it does not move much and I want to be able to re-position the spray. So I returned it and got the Thunderhead instead.
