I have tried to like it but cant really figure out how it works. My main reason for spending the extra money was because it claims it can let you sing any music tract, and eliminate the original vocals. I pushed the button they say to use for this til I am blue in the face and nothing happens. I tried to find a contact number on the scant amount of instructions it came with but there is none. It does direct you to their website where it gives you the same kind of in adequate instructions and no phone number for customer service. For the price paid they should have a person to speak with, even just for warranty purposes.
