Simply terrific. I wear a 7 5/8 and this welding cap fit perfectly.Most are far too tight and can really give you a headache after an hour, but this cap stretches beautifully, and the bill with extra cloth on to cover your neck is highly beneficial and tucks inside wonderfully when not needed.It would be nice if they made this to match their welding jackets, but let's face it, this isn't a fashion show. LOL!

So the 1-star review is right... this cap fits differently than others. For my big head it fits comfortably and covers my ears and the back of my neck. Great for close quarters and keeping the sparks off parts other than just your head. Buy it if you want a big cap that covers more than normal. Works great, stretchy, and is comfortable all day.

This would be good for someone who needs a lot of space for hair or a larger head. The jersey sides make it stretchy, but the seams are kind of clunky and would be uncomfortable it you don't have a lot of hair. Generally just kind of weird construction, but might be perfect for specific needs. Gave it away.
