I was able to cut it with a utility knife - it took about ten passes to cut it all the way through - into the various sizes we needed to fit in the frames. The frames turned out great and the Lexan protects the picture just as glass would but without the risk of cracking or breaking. I did a mosaic portrait out of glass and stone which was glued down to the lexan then grouted with sanded grout.
