The included instructions are accurate and easy to understand. You need good eyes, a steady hand, a decent idea of what you're doing, and something to make a lot of heat. It suggests a hair dryer, which could work, but it needs to be a a high powered hair dryer, probably 1800+ watts to put out the heat to melt the adhesive that holds the back plate on. A heat gun/hot air soldering station makes the job much easier.
