For Voltage measurement you need a red and black prob to measure the voltage. **Q: Does it come with a certificate of calibration or cane it be calibrated?** A: No it does not come with a certificate of calibration. I do not think this can be calibrated **Q: Can anyone who has any of the models that measure inrush current test to see if it can do so with dc or only ac like most ac/dc clamps inrush mode?** A: Measuring charging amperage can be done in AC and DC- just press the set button to toggle between the two. **Q: What's the difference between max/min button and the in-rush button? won't max give you the max current during in-rush?** A: It can detect in two ways. It will detect the in-rush if that is what you're looking w/ in-rush button selected BEFORE clamping. But if you are checking for any increase or spikes after the in-rush event, select the max/min button option AFTER clamping. No regrets ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best all around value out there *by P***U on November 12, 2019* I've had this meter for a while now and I have to say between features and accuracy this thing is worth every penny. If you need one meter that can damn near do anything this one is it. I own a fluke 28ii that is significantly more than this one. The klein is faster and very close in accuracy but carrys way more features. Great meter! 4-11-21 UPDATE I want to change my review from 5 to 5.5 stars. This thing has impressed me everytime I use it with my flukes. I'm reading low current draw 10X's magnified and getting the same exact readings as my $500 fluke with a $140 clamp and it in the mA setting.
