The reason I bought them was to put them in my shoes on top of another pair of insoles (hard half insoles that raise my arches). My size is 8 and these are for Mr. BigFoot but I cut them down and they fit perfectly. I wanted them as added cushion and that's exactly what I got. They don't have arch support (didn't need that). They are basically soft things to step on. Nice! The price is perfect. I'll likely buy more. Recommended?
