This book may have been required reading years ago when accurate information was hard to come by. Today, however, with all the online resources available, it's become dated, redundant and overpriced.

Excellent transaction experience. Ordered the book around midnight, received 16 hours later in new/perfect condition.The book itself is as professional as anything I've read in the field so far. Each and every PED that i can think of, apart from the ones that have come into the fold since the book was released, are thoroughly examined. Whats the pharmacology? Whats the use to the general public? To the performance athlete? The bodybuilder? All without passing judgement on the use of these drugs, while also addressing worthwhile safety measures for the average user and cautioning against substances and protocols that have the potential to cause serious harm.That and much more written by someone, again, as professional as anyone i've read in the field.

It’s a great book going over a whole bunch of different compounds their effects (good and bad) as well as some various other information about steroid use. I do have one issue with it though, and that being it simply doesn’t go into cycles in-depth enough, and if we’re being entirely honest here the recommended dosages are very, very conservative. Which is great for the average guy looking to throw on a bit of muscle and keep the side effects to a minimum but to a bodybuilder with high goals these dosages simply aren’t anywhere near enough (I mean your basic “gymbro” is literally casually running 2x-3x the dosages provided here), now of course when trying new compounds you want to keep it fairly low and keep overall compounds of the cycle to a minimum so you can learn the effects it has on your body but I really feel like the author doesn’t quite have a grasp on just how much competitors use. That or this book simply isn’t meant for competitive bodybuilders, either way it does provide a lot of really good information and I recommend it!
