So I had to purchased a new base/ lighthouse. After consideration that these are likely to be high failure devices I decided to purchase a factory new rather than a second hand one. I chose to purchase from Dr Yeast and have a full year warranty. The base/ lighthouse unit came factory sealed and connected to vive without any problems. Very pleased with service and new base unit. NOTE:- The power supply is continental flat 2pin, I used my existing power supply so this was not an issue, adaptors are readily available. These are 1.0 base stations, which means you will not be able to use more than 2 together. If you are like me and just need pretty good FBT to work with your vive trackers then these are perfect. However, if you plan on dancing or doing anything else that requires alot of accuracy within your tracking id suggest going for the 2.0s so you can add more over time. The more baystations the better the tracking as they can rely on one another when one isnt pulling its weight. These however work just fine if you just need decent tracking.
