On removing the skimpy bubble wrap and plastic bag packaging it became apparent that all was not well. The spindle on which the control knob sat was loose / wobbly, not passing through the facia at anything like 90 degrees. Also, something substantial was loose inside the casing, making a clanging sound when the unit was moved. The final straw - two of the phono sockets appeared to be loose.Have arranged an immediate return via Amazon and await a full refund. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Although quite basic sound quality is as good if not better than my pre amp *by J***G on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 November 2017* my £1300 pre amp on the blink so bought this as a quick fix so i could continue to listen to music.
