I liked that the science was laid out in an easy to understand way and gave us the WHY we needed to change our nutrition. These books have changed our lives. Gone is the brain-fog, the aches and pains and the fatigue. We would say that it is absolutely well worth the effort needed to make the relatively simple changes to diet and lifestyle that result in better cognitive and general health. My only reservation is the cost of the supplements that are recommended. We've chosen to do some research on the foods that are rich in the required nutrients and eat those instead of taking expensive and sometimes dubious quality manufactured supplements. I'd also like to point out that if you are still eating highly processed foods, and /or foods that are contaminated with pesticides then no amount of expensive supplements will solve the problem. We've chosen to reduce our toxin levels across the board and this has undoubtedly contributed to our present good health. 'Normal' food and the drugs we 'need' to manage the conditions that are caused by eating crap, is destroying quality of life and making a pile of money for a few.
