**Q: Are these coated in powdered sugar? Thanks.**
A: Yes.  They don't have the pry up metal lid, though, like the one's my Dad used to love.  The lid is plastic and allows more moister into the can.  This means the powdered sugar dissolves in humid conditions.  They are still yummy:>)
