Review: Stunning light - Beautiful light and very stylish, the amber glass crystals are chefs kiss! It arrived very well packaged and each pair of crystals was individually wrapped. Came with cotton gloves so you don't get fingerprints all over the crystals. Fairly easy to install, definitely hang it before putting on the crystals as it would be way too heavy to lift up. Two of the crystals had little dinks in them but I just used the two spares. Worth the price
Review: Perfect - Beautiful lights, so happy. Quality is amazing, although they are easy to put together it does take a long time as you have to put the hooks on each crystal then attach the crystal to the light which I would suggest doing when its hung. Was easy to attach to the electrics. It is quite heavy but not too bad, definitely make sure you are attaching to a sturdy part of the ceiling (a beam) not sure how it would fair on plasterboard alone.

**Q: Hi is there a way to purchase extra crystals as I have smashed two and have no spares left in case of other accidents?**
A: Try contacting the seller to see if they could send some replacements for u

**Q: How many crystals should be in the box as I count 56 and ther are far more holes in chandelier**
A: They are wrapped in pairs. I am still in the process of opening mine so haven’t counted all yet. But seems like it will match the holes as there are 103 pins according to the instructions.

**Q: How short can this go to ceiling??**
A: As short as you want, it can be flush if you wanted. Hope that helps. Also it’s a beautiful light, I bought two for my hallway.

**Q: Can it be flushed to ceiling?**
A: No, at closest be 100mm from ceiling.

Beautiful light and very stylish, the amber glass crystals are chefs kiss! It arrived very well packaged and each pair of crystals was individually wrapped. Came with cotton gloves so you don't get fingerprints all over the crystals. Fairly easy to install, definitely hang it before putting on the crystals as it would be way too heavy to lift up. Two of the crystals had little dinks in them but I just used the two spares. Worth the price
