What I like the most about this flask is just how long it keeps the food warm, I once was so busy I didn't sit down to eat my dinner until 8:30PM and had put the food in the flask at 11am! However the food was still at a warm temperature which was just great. It is quite big however compact therefore you can fit it in to a good size bag, we've also used it on hiking trips and had a warm cup of team on the freezing island of Anglesey overlooking a lighthouse and the sea in the depth of winter.
