It's non slip which is good on tiles or slippery floors. It's the perfect height for what I need to do. It has a shelf at the top where I placed my tools that I needed for the job. Mucho pleased with this find.

As someone with balance issues, I feel very safe on this ladder as I have rails to hold on to. It's tall enough to change the batteries in my smoke detectors comfortably.
