This was one of the best items we got to use for my daughter's Alice-in-Wonderland-themed wedding. One of the worst products I ever purchased. It came with no instructions for actually putting the letters in, so it took me a lot of time to figure out how it worked. Then the dough stuck to it and got in all the cracks when I tried to use it. So I chilled my dough and tried again even dusting it with flour, but I had to be careful how far to press down because otherwise it would get stuck in the crevices. It was so much trouble and hardly functioned. I am an experienced baker and have used other stamps without such issues. 0/10 would not recommend. I hope I get my money back.

Not the highest quality, the wood on the flat part of the cookie stamper was chipped and you have to pop apart the plastic pieces. But it's VERY awesome to be able to custom stamp a cookie. For the price it's a decent deal.
