Aside from the fact that they have a very discreet profile, they are very comfortable (I tried them myself before I gave them to him), and they stay in place perfectly. I mean I had him jump, run, spin, laugh maniacally and yell, and they didn't budge lol the XS tips worked perfectly for him. They sound like you are under water, without silencing everything. You can definitely hear yourself louder, which I heard means you are using the correct size tip (I used medium, which is the biggest size in these). Overall he absolutely loved them. The cost is a little higher than we would've liked originally, but they are worth every dime! Because he is in the xs size, I can see him using them for a while with the size options that came with it! I also purchased the wire thing that attaches them together, so they wouldn't get lost.

I purchased these for my kid who has a difficult time in sports, and they are an absolute hit!
