I recommend this product highly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Prevents pancaking. *by M***I on March 19, 2024* This is a lubricant to be put in bag and over the stoma. It prevents your liquid stool from sitting on top of stoma and not moving. This “not moving of stoma waste” can push the liquid out under the flange and any other extra taping. It doesn’t matter if the insides of the pouch is completely covered, the lubricant that is sitting on the stoma will also connect to drainage and help it along. I use this every time I drain my pouch. I have no problem with odor as the pouch is closed again after rinsing and there is no odor when closed and no one has ever complained about me smelling. I go into my bathroom alone. I keep a large plastic bottle filled with water next to my toilet. I keep all my cleaning up supplies in a basket . There is also a blue liquid deodorant that I sometimes put in with the water .
