Apply scalp protector barrier to the hairline and allow to dry. Apply double side tape to base of unit or hairline. Peel off backing tape and press firmly until secure. This product can last very long. I have used it for hot yoga and swimming. I give it a two stars because it becomes white under the lace meaning that you have to change it often even when you do not need or want to.
