No need for a rolling pin as this sheet is ready to use and even comes complete with baking paper so you can pop it straight into the oven after defrosting. It is easy to use ready rolled sheet. It is chilled uncooked pastry and approved by Vegetarian Society. It is packaged in a protective atmosphere. Stuck to the greaseproof paper when left out 10 minutes more than recomeneded time because its rolled quite thin...had to bin it. Co-Op brand doesn't do that and is thicker
