Can I get a replacement plastic base for the water and essential oils? I like that the base is black with a black electrical cord (it sits on a black table and blends in well). I have taken good care of it and cleaned it regularly, but it suddenly stopped working. I don't want to pay full price for a whole new unit since the green glass cover I have is perfectly good. I am disappointed in an otherwise beautiful product.UPDATE:I changed my rating from three stars to five. I contacted the seller asking if I could buy a new diffuser base (instead of having to buy a whole new unit). I got a reply saying they would send a new base and that I did not have to pay for it. They sent a whole new unit (glass topper and diffuser base) which I did not expect. I would say that their customer service is very good...they stand behind their product. Thank you so much! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful but... *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2018* I love the look of this diffuser, and I purchased two of them in different colors. I love that they're glass and not plastic. The timer setting is super convenient, especially for someone like me who forgets to turn them off; and the light color selections are lovely. I purchased one for myself and one for my brother who is a cancer patient and benefits from diffused essential oils.All that said, the one thing that bothers me is that it releases so little scent in that tiny stream that emits from the top that there is virtually no benefit to diffusing. I diffused a peppermint essential oil for over an hour and couldn't detect a whiff of peppermint. It's entirely possible that it's just a "me" thing, that I'm used to the scent, but when I use my other plastic diffuser (I hate using plastic with my EOs), I can smell it for hours. That's one of the reasons why I diffuse.I'm choosing to keep them both but will find another glass diffuser for my brother's needs.
