Unfortunately he took his time installing 1) because he did not have time to install but also, 2) the seller did not respond to queries regarding the right batteries to use and my husband had to purchase several different ones to find the right size.After finding the correct ones he struggled to work out which connections the wires had to be connected as the instructions are mainly in Chinese/ Korean ( not sure which) and in black and white, not very helpful when there are four different colours!On the basis that red should be live and black negative, my husband tried every other combination possible to connect the wires to the system but the buttons did not work with any combination! A very frustrated husband and gave up with asking the seller as we had no response to the battery query.Useless product that does not work, no useful installation instructions and a seller who does not respond to queries.
