I work out often and can do countless situps so I really didn't think this would do anything for me. I was wrong. The Abmat fits perfectly in the small of your back to get complete abdominal extension and lower back support. Sure, you could get the same effects from several other products...but they cost WAY more. The Abmat is awesome and I use it every day. Constructed well and had grip strips on the bottom so it will not slide while you exercise.
