Everything seemed promising at first. However, upon installing the pole, I immediately noticed that it swayed significantly, even in mild winds of just 4 to 5 miles per hour. I reached out to the seller, who responded quickly, but unfortunately, their responses did not resolve my concerns. In addition to the swaying, the package was missing a hook, and the red clip meant to hold the telescoping sections was very loose. Within a week of installation, the flagpole completely collapsed. Prior to that, I had noticed two small holes in one of the lower sections, which I had also reported. At this point, I had already begun communicating with Amazon customer service, who were outstanding throughout the process. Thankfully, because the collapse happened within the return window, Amazon issued a full refund.
