I use it on my garage/shop, and I am just now recharging it for the first time (after owning it for 11 months.) I probably only lock/unlock it 2-4 times a week, but recharging once every year or so, is awesome. And it’s USB-C instead of some goofy proprietary cable that you’ll lose cause you don’t need it often. The app is easy to use, intuitive, from what I remember. I honestly haven’t even had to open it since I first set up the lock. The fact that a physical backup key exists is great. The fingerprint reader works flawlessly, I have never had a problem with it, even when my hands are pretty dirty from working on a car or something, it instantly clicks and unlocks on my finger. The lock itself is hefty, and feels as strong or stronger than a comparable MasterLock. I have a different fingerprint lock (purchased around the same time) that is a little less expensive, but it feels cheap and the shackle is super thin. The neoprene cover that it comes with is a really nice touch too, and it has a little plug built in for the USB-C port to keep dirt and water out.
