It has 4 parts, the chute, the pusher, the mandolin blade, and the container to catch whoever you’re slicing. The parts disassemble for easy storage, taking up little space in my cabinet. I like how it can be thrown into the dishwasher or rinsed in the sink and allowed to dry. But above all that, it keeps the fingers clear of the slicing blades.
