Heat Level: The heat level is perfect for the blank mug we are using. We bought AAA mug to use this machine, also this product came with some mugs from the same brand Cricut. Build quality: The machine is built in excellent material, looks strong and very durable. Color: Pressure: When you close the lid the machine apply the right pressure to the mug, the excellent picture printed in the mug is proof of that. Value for money: For the price I think is a very good option, even of you are a starter like us. Functionality: Very functional for mugs 11 or 12 oz capacity. And the time to get done is relatively quick.
