At first sight you can see there is something wrong about this product. And to think someone hand picked it and packed it without even second thinking the quality of the item they are sending. Moisturizer is supposed to be a watery/creamy white texture with a natural neutral scent. What I received is extremely foul smelling, coffee colored and the top of the Moisturizer is covered in a brown crust. There was someone outside expecting the package so I know it was not damaged by sun or heat!!!!I usually order from the actual manufacturer in Australia but I hate they're DHL shipping, it's not accurate and notifications aren't real time and if I don't have someone out there when package arrives my dog destroys it (happened with the glory oil 😭)Anyway, I love these products but they lost me with this.
