One of my bins was damaged in shipping. Amazon needs to work on the reporting issues functionality. It does not give you many choices to report issue. At first the seller feedback tool said since it was shipped with amazon that i would need to work with amazon. Then when i tried to work with amazon it said i would need to contact the seller. It was a frustrating feedback loop on Amazons fault. I did manage to contact seller and they responded promptly and worked to get a replacement shipped. I appreciated that.
