I don't often drop my phone, but we all do from time to time and these have protected my phones well. With a new Pixel 9 I was in the market for another case, but now with 2 teenage daughters inheriting my old phones (and their black cases) I decided I needed to go for something more colourful to reduce confusion in the household. I really loved the colour of this Caseology case - I have a soft spot for Burgundy and it nicely complements my beautiful weekly planner (https://amzn.to/4kzErE4).I had been worried that the Burgundy case would look odd with the Obsidian phone - but it looks very classy. The case is a nice snug fit and I do not anticipate any problems. It appears to offer at least the same protection as the Spigen cases I have used in the past. I did order some screen/camera protectors at the same time (these ones - if you're interested - https://amzn.to/3DOLAzM ) because I'm a belt and braces man. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than official Google case *by V***S on 20 November 2024* Fits perfectly, soft to touch, very good grip at the bottom, edges are harder than official Google case so protect screen and frame much better as well as cameras. Does not scratch and does not leave fingerprints.
