It helped me enormously but eventually I needed something much stronger. I recommend this product. **Q: For this price I’m getting two boxes, I.e 20 sachets? Do they have a good expiry date as the tubes, it says to discard after a month.** A: I use this when my mum's IBS is bad. One satchet with half a cup of water to drink. It works very well. Actually i did not even check the expiry date. I have had these over 3 months and they still work a treat. Tastes a bit weird of nothingness and texture gritty but added a bit of squash and downed in one! Used for1 week and tummy fine since so certainly worked for me and would use again for any upset tummy as draws any toxins out and allows to pass naturally.
